2022.01.20 19:54 MissMyTeddy [General] Are my desires realistic?
I haven't been able to shift yet. It's been years, so I feel like I need to start over from scratch and reevaluate if my desired reality is even possible. I know people say anything is possible with shifting, but there are some things about my reality that I haven't seen anyone else discuss.
2022.01.20 19:54 Tory-Three-Pies First round mock draft. No trades.
1) Jaguars, Kayvon Thibodeaux, ED, Oregon
While Aiden Hutchinson has been gaining steam, I don't buy that he's earned the #1 spot league wide. Thibs physically still outmatches him and while Hutch had a great year, that should've been somewhat expected out of the 4th year starter. The Jaguars don't need a QB (and there isn't one worth taking FOA) and there are no elite prospects in this draft, they'll take the best edge or tackle they see fit. This is the most uncertain I've been on a FOA pick in recent memory. The only guarantee is that they will go for the trenches, but nobody on either side of the ball has separated themselves.2) Lions, Aidan Hutchinson, ED, Michigan
While the Jaguars could go either way, it's pretty certain the Lions will take whichever of the top 2 pass rushers are left. While I personally it would make the most sense to look to trade Decker and then consider one of the top Ts in this draft, as it stands now the Lions are penciled in for AH or KT. Hutch's motor gives the rebuilding lines a really interesting DL between him, Romeo Okwara (assuming he returns well from injury), Alim McNeil and Levi Onwuzurike.3) Texans, Travon Walker ED, Georgia
Previously I had Corral here and felt pretty confident about that. Not because I was a Corral believer, but because if Zach Wilson could secure the 2nd overall pick in a crowded QB class, I saw no reason why Corral couldn't go top 5. Now with his injury, and the vibes from around the league, it seems to me there's an agreement that Corral is not in play this early. I don't really see the Texans as needing OL but, like the Jags, they will take whoever in the trenches they rate highest and I think Walker could be that guy if he tests the way I think he will. He's bigger than Thibodeaux and moves just as well.4) Jets, Evan Neal, T, Alabama
All of the top 4 teams seem to be so bare bones that they'll be just looking to take best ED/T no matter what. With the top 3 edges off the board that leaves T. Neal, to me has seem to gone underrated. His blend of size and athleticism is Ogden-like, and he's started at a high-level at 3 different positions in 3 years at Alabama. Bechton and Neal is a large and nasty duo that will help remove all the excuses for future bust Zach Wilson.5) Giants, Ikem Ekwonu, T, North Carolina State
All of the top6) Panthers, Kenny Pickett, QB, Pittsburgh
45 teams seem to be so bare bones that they'll be just looking to take best ED/T no matter what. Actually, that's not really true of the Giants. But the G-men are weakest in the trenches. I'm very suggestible to Dane Brugler's work and if he thinks Ikem > Cross is the league consensus, I'm willing to believe him.
This, by far, is the most confident pick I've made. Matt Rhule absolutely can not go into next year with Sam Darnold, unless he wants to get fired. Maybe they trade for Deshaun Watson, but as of now this is the move. And it's a good move, Pickett should be able to come in to this supporting cast (with hopefully some OL upgrades) and succeed with his arm and mobility. People get concerned about his age and wonder if his senior year success was due to experience, but he's coming off the best year of this QB class, by far. And he does not have any striking athletic or mental red flags.7) Giants, Tyler Linderbaum, C, Iowa
This pick is based on the idea that, whoever the new regime is, they want to give Daniel Jones a chance. I think getting two talents of this caliber on the OL is a great idea regardless, but you make this much of a talent infusion in the OL and DJ is set up for success with his backfield and (theoretically) talented WR corp. Linderbaum is one of those rare IOL prospects that is worthy of top 10 consideration.8) Falcons, Kyle Hamilton, S, Notre Dame
No QB here, because apparently Arthur Smith wanted Matt Ryan as the starter last year, and I don't see any reason for him to change that up coming off a a 7 win season, and with how weak this QB class is. I'm not a Hamilton believer. I really don't think he's going to affect the game at the next level as a S, but the Falcons' D is toothless and the highest rated defensive player on the board makes a lot of sense.9) Broncos, Devin Lloyd, LB, Utah
I'm a firm believer in Devin Lloyd > Kyle Hamilton. He can do everything Kyle can do and all things being equal his position is more valuable. I'm not confident that they make this pick at all, I think a QB is well in play here. But because I don't know who's going to be calling the shots come April, I'm going to give them the BPA.10) Jets, Derek Stingley Jr, CB, LSU
Jets get a boom or bust pick here. Which at 10 is often more than you can ask for. Stingley has elite CB talent but has performed inconsistently. Right now I think this would be an "easy" pick. But I could very well see come draft time Ojabo or a WR overtaking DSJ, who I expect to fall down draft boards.11) WFT, Sam Howell, QB, North Carolina
Even before Corral's injury I thought Howell was in a position to raise his stock in the offseason. He should test very well at the combine and people understand how poor his supporting cast was at North Carolina. Rivera's seat is getting warm, and talent-wise they really can't expect to be in position to take a top QB next year. Washington could make a trade for a vet QB and then use this to address their underperforming defense, but in this universe I'd fully expect them to take one of the top 3 QBs here.12) Vikings, David Ojabo, ED, Michigan
Another team where it's difficult to project without a regime in place. But I can say with certainty that whoever comes in will think they can step on the gas and become competitive as soon as this up-coming season. The Vikings haven't drafted a good defensive player in what feels like forever, Ojabo could turn that around. While edge rusher is not a more obvious need than corner, I have Ojabo rated much higher than any available corner.13) Browns, Treylon Burks, WR, Arkansas
Browns at 13 will get their pick of a top WR and it's hard to mock anything else to them. Burks remains my WR1 and I think a lot of teams will think that too recognizing a bigger Deebo Samuel.14) Ravens, Charles Cross, T, Mississippi State
Ravens catch a break here, as Cross could easily go top 10. Ravens RT is a big hole and with Stanley's injury history their LT is a question mark.15) Eagles, Andrew Booth Jr, CB, Clemson
Back to back picks are fun. Eagles get to hook an IV of talent and athleticism into their defense. Booth is a nutty athlete who can pair with and even over take Big Play Slay as CB1. Karlaftis just isn't as athletic as the edge rushers taken before him but he's very polished with a high motor. Despite Hurts struggles I really don't see the Eagles considering a QB in this draft.17) Chargers, Ahmad Gardner, CB, Cincinnati
I'm not a Sauce believer. The "zero touchdowns" seems more like a meme to me than an accomplishment when he was just not targeted very much and he played against lesser competition. Of course, not being targeted is a sign of respect-- but he can't take that respect with him to the NFL where he will be targeted heavy day 1. His effort is questionable, his run defense is laughable (which Alabama exposed heavily in their playoff game), and he's handsy. I can't buy that he can be an island at the next level-- but based on his hype this range seems right and the Chargers secondary could use a push.18) Saints, Malik Willis, QB, Liberty
The Saints haven't had a losing season since 2016 and came into this season with 4 straight division titles. But it still feels like forever since they had an elite QB with Brees' arm being shot in his last year and then the Jameis experiment. The experiment didn't go horribly wrong, he started 7 games and only had a turnover in 2 of them. But he also just didn't pass much, attempting a whopping 10 fewer passes per game than his previous low and no one ever got the sense that Payton felt 100% confident in Jameis, who will be asking for a much larger contract. Enter Willis, who is a project. But for the guy who tried to turn Taysom Hill into a QB, that should not scare him off.19) Eagles, Nakobe Dean, LB, Georgia
Easy to have a great draft when you have 3 FRPs. But the Eagles are really having a crack at it in this mocked up universe. Dean reminds me a lot of Devin Bush. Eagles get a heat seeker and have addressed all three levels of their defense in the first round with top class talent.20) Steelers, Matt Corral, QB, Mississippi
I have to balance how I personally view Matt Corral vs how the league. My instinct is the Steelers don't make this pick because I think Corral is a weak prospect and the Steelers are a good organization-- but that's self-serving reasoning. With a good play caller (which it doesn't seem the Steelers have at the moment, but Tomlin's coaching staff has earned enough credit) Corral's physical tools can flourish theoretically.21) Patriots, Garrett Wilson, WR, Ohio State
If you asked me if Garrett Wilson will far I would say almost certainly not, but here we are. I know people will bemoan "letting BB get such a talent" but I for one am ready to see another Belichick Super Bowl. Tompa Brady has gotten far too cute and the greatest coach of all time has been subject to needless criticism because of it.22) Raiders, Trevor Penning, T, Northern Iowa
Mayock's last first round pick was a reach for a tackle who ended up being an underwhelming guard. Jim Harbaugh surely trusts his newly inherited receiver room more than his RT and the behemoth that is Penning would fit nicely into his culture.23) Cardinals, Jameson Williams, WR, Alabama
We'll know the full extent as to how Williams' stock has been affected by his injury in the coming months-- but as of now, I'm going with it affects him a bit and he drops a bit. Cardinals probably let Green walk and to replace him with this deep threat would be ideal.24) Cowboys, Daxton Hill, S, Michigan
Versatile speedy secondary weapon to fill a big hole at FS. It's not going to fix that their franchise QB is mid but whatever.25) Bengals, Bernhard Raimann, T, Central Michigan
I personally-- like many people-- have never been more wrong about a coach than Zach Taylor. Having an elite QB is a cheat code in the NFL but Taylor has utilized him commendably. He gets to take the lineman he apparently should've prioritized over Chase last year. While raw, and relatively new at football, Raimann can play inside and out, is massive, and has good, natural technique. As an aside, a great, big Austrian lineman tickles my fancy.26) Dolphins, Kenneth Walker III, RB, Michigan State
Tua is a bust, I've already submitted his bust paperwork. But it seems the Dolphins brass are operating as if he is the guy and they have a team that's close to being competitive. OL is weak and Penning would be a good pick here but Walker instantly makes their offense more dynamic. This tackle class is deep enough to wait for later rounds.27) Bills, Chris Olave, WR, Ohio State
Natural Y fit next to Diggs for an already explosive offense. Honestly, I'm not a fan, he's polished but he seems weak and unathletic.28) Lions, Kenyon Green, G, Texas A&M
Lions already have a stout OL but they have one hole at RG and Green could put that unit over the top. WR and QB are other, more obvious needs, but a patient and calculated rebuild around the lines is the way to go-- and Green is a greater talent at his position than any remaining WQB.29) Chiefs, Drake London, WR, USC
Jump ball receivers in college are risky but London will be set up to succeed with the best QB in the NFL and having the attention focused on Tyreek and Kelce.30) Buccaneers, Jahan Dotson, WR, Penn State
Buc's receiver room went from historically loaded to uncertain real quick with the exit of Brown, injury and pending FA of Godwin, and the potential retirement of Gronk. Without size, he's just speed and hands but Tompa can use speed and hands.31) Titans, Trent McDuffie, CB, Washington
I'm not sure I know why McDuffie fell this far. Maybe it's just his size and the fact that as the season progressed he didn't put up any turnover numbers, but he has as much of a right to be called Island as Ahmaud Gardner, and he did it against better competition. Titan's take BPA over need because I think highly of them.32) Packers, Jordan Davis, DL, Georgia
Elite run defender who doesn't generate much pass rush is hard to assign value. But the Packers gave up a whopping 4.7 yards per attempt so they could value that as first round talent.submitted by Tory-Three-Pies to NFL_Draft [link] [comments]

2022.01.20 19:54 cat_boris Is it true that pomegranate juice is made by Torontonian mafia???
Since I arrived to Canada I couldn’t really understand why pomegranate juice here costs 3x times more than all other juices. I finally asked cashier at Loblaws, and he said “didn’t you know it’s mafia in Toronto who makes it; that’s why it’s so expensive, just like airplane tickets, construction, and taxi.” Is it true?

2022.01.20 19:54 michelle_essa A thought about Doctor Strange MoM
So just like everyone else I'm supper excited by the new Doctor strange and I keep seeing who might be in it but a thought occur to me the other day and is that some of those posible cameos make no sense and let me explain why and please if you think otherwise I'm open to change my mind.
A lot of people keep saying that Professor X is going to pop-up, Wolverine, the rest of the X-Men, Reed Richards, Tom cruise as Iron man, maybe Chris Evans as human torch etc etc but some of this makes 0 sense. This movie is supposed to be multi-universes but some of this have never been on the MCU before (Deadpool, X-Men, Fantastic Four), why would they appear on this universe and to Strange if they have never existed? The reason Spider man thing worked is because there was already a Peter Parker on the MCU, but we have never had a X-Men or Deadpool,F4, etc. You can say that "well they had a Pietro" which yeah, that could be the connection but he was barely in the MCU, the X-Men movies never had a Wanda. Maybe the F4 could work if they say "hey that guy looks like Steve" or something, but otherwise these movie will only be (at least in my eyes) a cameo galore just for the sake to be a cameo and crowd pleasing. The Tom cruise could be a funny thing but how many know that way before the MCU he was supposed to be Tony Stark? I know I sound like a sour puss but to be honest I don't like the idea to show a "cameo" just because, if there's something Kevin Feige as always done is put the story and the universe first, and cameos just because don't sound so much like that. What do you guys think ?

Hi, sorry if this has been discussed at length before in a thread on here (looked for a FAQ but didn't see one), but I've recently disabled all comments on my YouTube page both under Upload Defaults and Community settings and yet I'm still getting comments somehow. Anyone know why this might be happening or if there's an additional setting I can change to prevent comments? Thanks.

2022.01.20 19:54 scooter14000 IT Admin here. Overwhelmed with the features, options, and settings in administering the 365 world.
I'm just getting into the 365 world and have picked up a few licenses of Microsoft 365 Apps for Business for testing with a few users. This is a very basic license that we really only wanted for the desktop versions of Office. We won't be hosting our email with Microsoft. It's easy enough to get Office installed and functional, but there seems to be an endless number of Microsoft portals (config.office.com, admin.microsoft.com, aad.portal.azure.com, portal.office.com) used for administration. My latest realization is that users are granted access to OneDrive for Business so now I'm worried they're going to unnecessarily be syncing data, or have a much too easy way of sharing sensitive data. It seems SharePoint sites are also created by default and I'm concerned users might haphazardly using some of these features without a proper rollout by IT.
How have others delt with things like this. Any good general overview training videos somebody could recommend?

2022.01.20 19:54 VijoMorgansteeeiiin Names to honor Tamara?
My MIL passed away after a long battle with multiple cancers. We found out today that we are having a girl, and I would love to honor my MIL. The funny thing is, she hated her name. She went by Tammy and she did not like to be called by her full name. She and I (and several member of my family) share the middle name Jean, so I don't want to use that one, as I don't want to confuse who is being honored. We like more...melodic? sounding names. Evangeline, Elena, Fiona, Kaylee, have all been considered and Tamara sounds a little harsh for our tastes. I considered Amara, but it also sounds a bit harsh. Maybe Tamara will be the middle name? I don't know, what do you think?
